Committed to destigmatizing mental health

I partner with organizations in the mental health space to create thoughtful resources, facilitate intentional partnerships, and lead meaningful events.

Letters to Strangers (L2S) is the largest global youth-run nonprofit seeking to destigmatize mental illness and increase access to affordable, quality treatment, particularly for youth.

I partnered with the L2S team to co-author their Teachers’ Handbook that’s now being taught in schools nationwide.

Shimmer offers bite-sized mental health + ADHD coaching that’s science-backed, innovative, fits in your pocket, and won’t break your pocket.

I helped develop Shimmer’s curriculum for anxiety, depression, self esteem, and goal setting resources. I then used that curriculum to lead virtual wellness events with their community.

NAMI Chicago

NAMI Chicago promotes community wellness, breaks down barriers to mental health care, and provides support and expertise for families, professionals and individuals in Chicago and beyond.

I managed the resource referral network by cultivating relationships with community organizations and existing mental health organizations in the Chicagoland area. Through those partnerships, I was able to develop solutions, programming and events that help destigmatize mental health and mental illness dialogue in Chicago.

MedCircle provides access to the world’s greatest thought leaders and doctors in mental health through engaging interview-style video series, virtual live Workshops, and in-depth articles on important mental health topics.

I have helped develop mental health toolkits, workshop content, and served as a mental health advocate for the MedCircle community with a specific goal of reaching marginalized groups that struggle the most to discuss mental health with the people in their lives.
